This workshop is mainly devoted to the teaching of the four basic practices: Tandava, the Yoga of emotions, the visualizations of Matsyendranath, and the practices of the Vijnanabhairava Tantra. There will also be time for questions/answers.

Workshop open to all.

WORKSHOP THEME: What is the importance of touch in our approach, in relation to Spanda, to vibration? How is teaching conveyed through touch? Abhinavagupta said that teaching is conveyed through touch, gaze and voice.

SCHEDULE: The days begin at 10:00 a.m. and end at 6:00 p.m. The check-in is on Saturday from 9:30 a.m.
