This workshop is mainly devoted to the teaching of the basic practices: Tandava, the Yoga of the emotions and the visualizations of Matsyendranath. Part of the workshop is also reserved for Q&A.

WORKSHOP THEME - THE PRACTICE OF THE COSMIC BODY
How the integration of the practices of the Spanda lineage can profoundly transform the human being and unite emotions, bodily sensations and mental activity in a wave of inner silence. This wave gradually leads to authenticity, spontaneity and the dissolution of the need for reference points. It is a practice that goes straight to the heart of the problem and shows us that solitude does not exist when the body becomes a field of space that seeks nothing and forbids nothing, beyond fear.

TIMES: The days begin at 10:00 a.m. and end at 6:00 p.m. The reception is on Saturday from 9:30 a.m.
