This workshop is mainly devoted to the teaching of the basic practices: Tandava, the Yoga of the emotions and the visualizations of Matsyendranath. Part of the workshop is also reserved for questions/answers.

How to break the cycle of repetitive patterns in our lives and let creativity take the lead, enabling us to experience each moment as fresh and bursting with new energy.

TIMES: the days begin at 10:00 a.m. and end at 6:00 p.m. The check-in is on Saturday from 9:30 a.m.
