This workshop is mainly devoted to the teaching of the basic practices: Tandava, the Yoga of the emotions and the visualizations of Matsyendranath. Part of the workshop is also reserved for questions/answers.

WORKSHOP THEME:
THE VISION OF COSMIC EROTICISM IN KASHMIRI TANTRISM’: Sexuality is all too often associated with the image of Tantrism without there being a deep understanding of the vision of the great Kashmiri masters. To replace sexual practices within their authentic context, it is necessary to have a deep understanding of the Spanda path, or the path of vibration. Only then will it be possible to understand that non-duality is the source of cosmic eroticism.

TIMES: The days begin at 10:00 a.m. and end at 6:00 p.m. The check-in is on Saturday from 9:30 am
