This workshop is mainly devoted to the teaching of the four basic practices: Tandava, the Yoga of the emotions, the visualizations of Matsyendranath, the practices of Vijnanabhairava Tantra. There is also time for questions/answers.

Workshop accessible to all.

WORKSHOPE THEME - THE PRACTICE OF THE COSMIC BODY:
How the practice of Tandava—the cosmic dance of Shiva and Shakti—places the body within a broader context, and how being present in the body can expand the neurotic body into a cosmic body. Matsyendranath’s visualizations also contribute to this expansion, as does the yoga of emotions.

TIMES: The days begin at 10:00 a.m. and end at 6:00 p.m. The check-inis on Saturday from 9:30 a.m.
