Weekend workshop - Poznań

This workshop is mainly devoted to the teaching of the four basic practices: Tandava, the Yoga of emotions, the visualizations of Matsyendranath, and the practices of the Vijnanabhairava Tantra. There will also be time for questions/answers.

Workshop open to all.

WORKSHOP THEME: The Spandakarika of Vasugupta is the highest expression of the theory of vibration, or Spanda. It is both philosophical and practical. We will explore its mysteries and insights, as well as its high mystical significance in a series of practices.

SCHEDULE: The days begin at 10:00 a.m. and end at 6:00 p.m. The check-in is on Saturday from 9:30 a.m.

WHAT TO BRING: Comfortable clothe and a meditation cushion.
