This residential seminar will be devoted to the four basic practices: Tandava, the Yoga of emotions, the visualizations of Matsyendranath, the practices of Vijnanabhairava tantra, as well as the Yoga of touch.  A moment will be reserved for questions/answers.

This seminar is accessible to all.

SEMINAR THEME: Puritanism and attacks on freedom are becoming increasingly common in our democracies. The path of Tantrism can guide us towards a freedom of being based on consciousness, and help us achieve an emotional, physical and intellectual balance that refuses dogmas, certainties and prevailing patterns of thought. It is an approach that also enables us to be in harmony with the totality, by rejecting both the increasing homogenization and narcissism towards which our societies are moving. An inner revolution.
