Lalla

POEMS - Mystical poems

Lalla, a genius of 14th-century mystical poetry, belongs to the tradition of Kashmiri Tantric Shaivism. Considered by her peers a Siddha, a realized master, Lalla sings in a hundred poems of the return to a mysticism aimed at the total freedom of being. Hers is a life marked by lightning strikes, struggles, and torments. Her work traces the path of a soul guided solely by the maturity of Consciousness in its identity with Shiva/Shakti, the Supreme Self.
Her poems, now available in the “Texts” section of Daniel Odier’s website, can be read as a veritable treatise on Kundalini yoga through which Lalla reveals her teaching with iconoclastic vitality, traversing the entirety of the tantric path.
